Continuing Education Tracking and GAPPT Transcripts

Need to report your state-mandated continuing education hours? Members are able to view their GAPPT Continuing Education Credits (CECs) through the website, and can easily download a PDF copy for plan reporting purposes!


YOUR GAPPT TRANSCRIPT:
  • Log into www.gappt.org using your username and password.
  • In the blue "Quick Links" box, click on "Your GAPPT Transcript". (This box will appear only after you log in.)
  • A transcript will appear with a full listing of your earned continuing education credits/hours.
  • Members have the ability to filter sessions by date range or by category. 
  • Click the gray "Export PDF" button to download a PDF copy.
  • Note: Expiration dates are listed for CRPF™ program purposes only.

TRANSCRIPT RELEASE FORMS:

For reporting purposes, the GAPPT can send a copy of your transcript to your plan's Key Member. This request must be made via email and your Transcript Release Form must be on file. Transcripts will not be forwarded without your release form on file.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  • Due to the high volume of requests, transcripts will be sent to the Key Member within five (5) business days of receiving an email request.
  • GAPPT Continuing Education Credits (CECs)At GAPPT educational events, your name badge QR code will be scanned upon your arrival at a session. Earned GAPPT CECs are uploaded to transcripts within 14 days of an event's conclusion. For GAPPT online courses, CECs are automatically uploaded to transcripts after the successful completion of a course's assessment.
  • IACET Continuing Education Units (CEUs): As an IACET Accredited Provider, the GAPPT is able to award IACET CEUs for qualified education sessions. Any earned IACET CEUs will be listed in the session's description area.
  • GAPPT transcripts are for convenience purposes only. Individuals are solely responsible for abiding by their organization's continuing educational requirements, and for fulfilling and submitting the necessary requirements outlined in the Georgia Code.
  • Members can view GAPPT policies for learner privacy and information security in the Member Area.
  • Submitted Transcript Release Forms are kept on file and do not need to be completed annually. If you would like to change your transcript release permission, please contact [email protected].
