Continuing Education Feature and Transcripts

Need to report your continuing education requirements? GAPPT members are able to access their Continuing Education Credits (CECs) through the GAPPT website!


To Access Our Continuing Education Feature and Your CEC Transcript:

  • Log into www.gappt.org using your username and password.
  • In the blue "Quick Links" box, click on the "Your CEC Transcript". (This box will appear only after you log in.)
  • The Continuing Education feature will list your uploaded credits/hours. Members may sort through their credits/hours by either date range or by category. 
  • Click the gray "Export PDF" button to download a pdf copy of your transcript.
  • Note: Expiration dates and session descriptions are listed for CRPF™ program purposes only.

Transcript Release Form:

To assist with reporting, members may permit the release of their educational information to their organization’s “Key Member”. Please note transcript requests will not be honored without an individual's Transcript Release Form on file.

Instructions and Additional Information:

  • In-Person Events: For GAPPT educational events, a member's name badge QR code will be scanned upon their arrival at a session. Scanned session information and earned CECs will be uploaded to members' profiles within 14 days of the event's conclusion.
  • Online Education: CECs are automatically uploaded to profiles upon successful completion of the GAPPT online session.
  • Members are not required to have a CRPF™ designation to have credits/hours uploaded to their profile.
  • The GAPPT Transcripts are for convenience purposes only. Individuals are solely responsible for abiding by their organization's continuing educational requirements, as well as fulfilling and submitting the necessary requirements outlined in the Georgia Code.
