GAPPT Bylaws

The Georgia Association of Public Pension Trustees drafted and adopted its first set of bylaws in November of 2009. The original bylaws were revised in 2014. In 2017, the GAPPT Board of Directors updated the bylaws to more accurately reflect the organization's governance. The proposed bylaws were submitted to the association's voting membership, and after the required 30 day approval period, were officially adopted by the GAPPT on May 14, 2017.
