Continuing Education Feature

Just in time for the new Georgia trustee education requirements... Members can now access their continuing education hours through the GAPPT website!

To access the new feature:

  • Log into using your username and password.
  • Under the "CPPT Designation" header tab, a "Continuing Education" drop down tab will appear. Clicking on this tab will send you to a "Continuing Education Tracking" page listing your uploaded GAPPT credits/hours.
  • Members can sort through their hours by date range, as well as download a pdf transcript of their Continuing Education Credits (CEC).

To learn more about the new Continuing Education feature, read a brief tutorial HERE.  To see a sample transcriptclick HERE.

Please note the following:

  • The Continuing Education feature is for convenience purposes only. Individuals are solely responsible for abiding by their organization's continuing educational requirements, as well as fulfilling and submitting the necessary requirements outlined in the Georgia Code.
  • Only credits from the 2019 Sixth Annual Trustee School have been uploaded. Going forward, educational hours will be uploaded to a member's profile after they complete the online Continuing Education Credit (CEC) Submission Form. The CEC Submission Form for the 2019 Tenth Annual Conference will be available in September.
  • All members have the option to submit GAPPT hours for tracking purposes.
  • CPPT Designees: A single entry, listing your total Trustee School hours, has been uploaded to your profile. (This was the total hours attested to on your submitted CEU Verification Form.) In the future, individual sessions will be listed in your profile. To remain active, all CPPT designees must complete a CEC Submission Form attesting to at least 8 CE credits. For more information about the 2020 CPPT renewal process, please click HERE.
  • 2019 Basic and Advanced Course Attendees: Trustee School course sessions have been uploaded individually into your profile.
  • The expiration date listed is for CPPT program purposes only.

We hope this Continuing Education feature will be beneficial to our members. For questions and additional information, please contact Sue Reynolds at [email protected].
