Continuing Education Feature and CEC Submission Form

Just in time for the new Georgia trustee education requirements... Members can now access their continuing education credits/hours through the GAPPT website!

To access the Continuing Education feature:

  • Log into www.gappt.org using your username and password.
  • Under the "CPPT Designation" header tab, a "Continuing Education" drop down tab will appear. Clicking on this tab will send you to a "Continuing Education Tracking" page listing your uploaded GAPPT credits/hours.
  • Members may sort through their credits/hours by either date range or by category. A downloadable pdf transcript is also available.

CEC Submission Form and additional information:

  • Members must complete the online CEC Submission Form to have any 2019 Annual Conference hours/credits uploaded to their profiles.
  • All members have the option to submit GAPPT credits/hours for tracking purposes.
  • Please allow up to thirty (30) days for any submitted credits/hours to show in your profile.
  • The Continuing Education feature is for convenience purposes only. Individuals are solely responsible for abiding by their organization's continuing educational requirements, as well as fulfilling and submitting the necessary requirements outlined in the Georgia Code.
  • CPPT Designees: To remain active, all CPPT designees must complete a CEC Submission Form attesting to at least 8 GAPPT CECs annually. For more information about the 2020 CPPT renewal process, please click HERE.
  • Expiration dates and transcript descriptions are listed for CPPT program purposes only.
