Conference Networking Events
The main focus of the Seventeenth Annual Conference is to provide quality fiduciary education to public retirement system trustees and staff members. However, our educational events also serve as a discussion forum. The GAPPT encourages all participants to attend the conference networking activities to meet and share ideas with fellow members.

Pine Lakes Course | Jekyll Island Golf Club
Originally built in 1968, redesigned in 2002, and renovated in 2024 with new tees, fairways, greens, and bunkers, Pine Lakes is the Island’s longest golf course, meandering through ocean forests and undisturbed marsh hammocks. Pre-registration is required for the golf outing.

Travel the scenic waterways of beautiful Jekyll Island to observe the magnificent bottlenose dolphins and learn about their social behavior, feeding habits, and much more. Participants and guests have the option to sign up for the dolphin boat tour on the conference registration form.Pre-registration is required and spots will be limited.
