The Eleventh Annual Conference will begin Monday afternoon with the annual Plan Sponsor - Affiliate Golf Outing. Other Monday activities include an optional Trolley Tour of St. Simons Island and Welcome Reception. On Tuesday and Wednesday, participants will attend various informative educational sessions presented by experts in the areas of fiduciary responsibility, board governance, investments, and plan administration. Networking events, including the ever-popular Association Dinner and Casino Night, will be held in the evenings. The conference will conclude on Thursday morning with a general session and breakfast.

Conference Registration and Hotel Reservations

Registration rates for the Eleventh Annual Conference are the following: 

  • $249.00 for Plan Sponsor/Emeritus Members ($349.00 for non-members)
  • $900.00 for Affiliate Members ($1600.00 for non-members)
  • $149.00 for Conference Guests

Plan Sponsor and Affiliate attendees may sign up for the golf outing during the conference registration process. 


Trolley Tour of St. Simons Islandcchurch

See more of beautiful St. Simons Island and learn about its historical sites during a private trolley tour. This optional one and half (1.5) hour tour will leave from The King and Prince Lobby on Monday, March 23, 2020 at 2:00pm. 

The trolley tour is $20.00 per person and is limited to 60 participants. Attendees and their registered guests may sign up for the trolley tour during the conference registration process.


KPLawnMeals and Evening Networking Events

Conference registration includes breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as breakfast on Thursday. Participants are also invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Monday evening and a cocktail hour on Tuesday. 

On Wednesday night, the GAPPT will host all attendees at the ever-popular Association Dinner and Casino Night. This year's casino-style games will be played in a lovely room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. All Plan Sponsor and Affiliate members are highly encouraged to attend Wednesday evening's festivities
