 Conference Registration
GAPPT members will receive a discounted rate for the Sixteenth Annual Conference. An opportunity to join the Association, (or renew a membership), is available on the registration form.
Registration fees include all conference educational programming, GAPPT-hosted meals and evening networking events. Members may also sign up for the Plan Sponsor-Affiliate Golf Outing and sponsorships during the registration process.
Plan Sponsor Registration
Plan Sponsor and Emeritus registration is open to all individuals who are currently serving or have served as a trustee of a public retirement system board or as a plan staff member. They cannot be employed with an entity serving the retirement community, such as an actuarial, consulting, custodial, legal, third-party administration or investment management firm.
The early bird registration rate for Plan Sponsor and Emeritus Members is $329.00 per individual. (The non-member Plan Sponsor rate is $429.00) Beginning February 3, 2025, the Plan Sponsor member rate will be $359.00.
Organizational "Key Members" have the option to register on behalf of their plan members. Fees will be combined on a single invoice for payment purposes.
Affiliate Registration
Affiliate registration is open to individuals who have expressed an interest in the GAPPT and its mission, but do not fall within the definition of a Plan Sponsor or Emeritus attendee. Individuals with actuarial, consulting, custodial, legal, third-party administration and investment management firms would be considered Affiliate participants.
The registration rate for Affiliate Members is $1,075.00 per individual. (The non-member Affiliate rate is $1,900.00) Beginning February 3, 2025, the Affiliate member rate will be $1,275.00.

Guest Registration
A guest is a spouse, significant other, friend or an adult child (18 years old or older) who is not in a retirement industry-related occupation. An individual or colleague employed by actuarial, consulting, custodial, legal, third-party administration or investment management firm may not register as an attendee's guest.
The registration rate for a Guest is $189.00 per individual. Beginning February 3, 2025, the guest rate will be $209.00.
Only one guest per registered attendee may attend the conference. Guests who plan to attend any conference event, (including meals, cocktail receptions or Casino Night), must register. Name badges are required to attend all GAPPT conference activities.
